Refund & Cancellation Policy
Drithi Foundation Trust maintains transparency in all transactions.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable
- Once processed, donations cannot be canceled
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Timeline
- Processed within 7–10 working days after approval
- Credited back to the original payment method
