TRUST DEED
THIS DEED OF THE TRUST EXECUTED AT KAKINADA on this 16th of January 2023, by “DRITHI FOUNDATION TRUST ” hereafter called the FOUNDER & PRESIDENT OF THE TRUST.
WHEREAS THE FOUNDE OF THE TRUST is desirous of creating a Trust for public, private , Social and Charitable purpose with objects within the meaning of Charitable purpose with objects within the meaning of Charitable purpose under the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.
WHEREAS THE FOUNDER OF THE TRUST requested the Trustees named hereunder to the Trustees of the Trust along with him and they have consented to act as Trustees under these presents.
